You will need Of Sirdar Snowflake D.K. 50g balls: 2 in Burnt Orange 316, and 1 in Frosted Mandarin 393; of Hayfield Bonus D.K. 100g balls: 10g in Powder Blue 960, 10g in Bluebell 969, and oddments in Aran 993 and Black 965; pair of 3mm (no.11) knitting needles; 300g of washable toy stuffing; orange buttonhole twist.
"Sirdar have now discontinued the strong shades from their Snowflake D.K. range, and currently only offer pastels. You may still be able to find stock of the shades used here in yarn stores, but the pattern can also be knitted in any D.K. weight yarn and will turn out to be the same shape and size provided you match the tension stated."
