I’m perfectly happy for you to knit toys from my patterns to sell, either for charity or to make yourself a little cash, as long as this is not done on a large scale and I am given a credit as the designer. However, if you wanted to knit licensed characters you would need to ask the copyright owner of the character, whose name will appear on the leaflet or magazine article, for their permission.
